Our woven fabrics are available in smooth, textured, open and closed ptfe mesh belt structures with a range of surface finishes including smooth, extra-smooth and anti-static belt options with laminated crack free films.
Our specialized belting team will work with you to select the best options of belt sizes, thicknesses, textures, strength and stability for consistent production and advise on the appropriate splice/edge/tracking options to achieve higher quality finishes.
PTFE coated glass fabrics offer the widest selection of materials and are the standard for most applications. CHEMFAB® high-temperature belts are suitable for continuous use at temperatures up to 260°C/500°F as well as being compatible with most heating system- including infrared, ultra-violet and radio frequency.
CHEMFAB® PTFE-laminated belts comprise PTFE-coated glass cloth substrates that are laminated with a multi-layer cast PTFE film.
A superior barrier to oils, fats and other aggressors, they are easily cleaned and have proven their durable release properties.
PTFE coated aramid based fabrics exhibit the same outstanding characteristics as CHEMFAB® PTFE belting range. They offer greater mechanical strength, superior resistance to wear from flexing and abrasion as well as improved performance in water and steam environments.
More suitable for use at extremely low temperatures, CHEMFAB ®TCK® belts have a maximum operating temperature of 220°C/425°F.
